Following a lifestyle inventory and Molecular Wellness™ Assessment, a rescue intervention is designed. This easy, stepwise plan suggests evidence-based lifestyle choices to reduce inflammation, disease risk and slow aging.
To achieve the greatest success, the objective of each step is to slowly modify lifestyle choices, beginning with the easiest to implement. The approach is not to completely overhaul a client’s life nor remove lifestyle choices, but rather emphasize adding easy lifestyle choices. With a client motivated to change, it’s possible that each decrease in risk level may occur in as little as eight weeks!
Step 1: Working with the client, a customized program will target two of the four lifestyle areas elevating inflammation. Employing evidence-based information, lifestyle modifications in these two areas will be designed and implemented.
After twelve weeks living these lifestyle modifications, it's recommended that the client’s Molecular Wellness™ is re-tested. Depending upon the outcome, the client is either promoted to Step 2 or repeats Step 1. Step 2 will focus upon the remaining two areas.
